The Wet Scrubber is designed to trap maximum Micro Ash particles by a washing action. The dust laden flues gases enter a Venturi Zone where a fall of water mixes intimately with the flue gas. The ash particles get wet and heavy and readily seperate from the gas. The Clean Air then exits to the Chimney while the Ash is mixed with the water where it settles and is removed.
