• Where process gases are cooled by means of water vaporization. To utilise energy from process gas or lean gas, a special designed boilers are introduced. In this boiler to burn process gas available from Carbon black plants, Formaldehyde plants, Hexamethylen Plants, phenol Plants, Stearic acid plants, Farrow oil plants, Caustic soda plants or similar formulation plants through special burner and produce a steam for industrial utilisation.
• The boiler constituted in various design, i.e. shell and tube type, smoke cum water tube hybrid with water cooled furnace roof, Water cooled reversal chamber with natural circulation design. The furnace volume in our design is more thus low heat value gas are burnt effectively. A special refractory arrangement in water cooled furnace for complete combustion process. When various elements are heated in a fire, their electrons absorb energy and jump to higher energy levels. The reflection of flame with specific designed wall in the furnace, it yellow/red flames turns in blue. This intense heat is most notably observed in the hottest part of the flame, where the blue colour is most vibrant and pure. This means there’s an efficient mixing of oxygen with fuel, which is important for environments. Other heat exchangers can include like Economiser, water preheaters and steam super heaters depends on application.
• The boiler has fitted with one or more than one burners depends on process gas
available. Gas inlet pneumatic solenoid valve with isolation valves provided.
